Annual fund donation

I also want to make a tax-deductible donation to the PTA Annual Fund with the understanding that 100% of my donation will remain at Underwood to fund all of the great programs PTA supports. (Tax ID: 56-1684341).

Annual Fund donation amount

$175 supports all of the PTA programs for one student;
$350 supports all of the PTA programs for two students;
$525 supports all of the PTA programs for three students; and so on.
$75 donation entitles you to a NEW Underwood magnet.
