$170 supports all of the PTA programs for one student;

Join the PTA

Step #1: Underwood PTA Membership

Joining the Underwood PTA costs only $10 per adult per year and is as easy as filling out this online form or printing/completing the Underwood PTA Membership Brochure. PTA membership lasts one year and must be renewed annually.

We hope to reach our PTA membership goal of 350 members with participation from parents, teachers and administrators. It is our goal that 100% of teachers will show their support of PTA by renewing their membership at the individual rate of $10/year.   As always, families are welcome to sponsor teachers and teaching assistants by listing them on their membership form.

A small portion of your dues ($4.00) supports state and national PTA. The remainder stays at Underwood to support programs that directly benefit our teachers and students! All dues/donations are tax-deductible!

Step #2: Underwood Annual Fund

Streamlined Fundraising with the Underwood Annual Fund! Instead of holding numerous sales fundraisers throughout the year, this direct donation campaign ensures that 100% of your donation stays here at Underwood to support the many PTA programs that directly benefit our students and teachers.

Based on our 2017-2018 PTA budget, we have determined that it will take $170 per student to fully fund all of the programs benefiting the Underwood community this year. Some families may find this information helpful as they determine what they want to contribute to the Annual Fund. Donors contributing $65 or more will receive the new Underwood car magnet as a thank you gift.

Additionally, all contributions are 100% tax deductible.

Please return completed membership/annual fund forms to the clear box in the front office or to your child’s teacher/Tuesday folder. You can also complete the online Membership form and pay through PayPal. The deadline to join and contribute is September 28th.

Please feel free to encourage grandparents to join PTA and contribute to the Annual Fund as well.
